The bramble is another classic of the cocktail world and Downpour's Scottish gin works in perfectly.  Exceptionally smooth with a big bold flavour the gin shines here.  Bonus points if you can find Ogilvy's Creme de Cassis instead of Chambord to make it extra Scottish. Play with the sugar and lemon ratio to your own taste.  A sprig of fresh mint elevates this cocktail which tastes as good as it looks!
